I spent half a day at work today, knowing that I would probably waste my time away even if I had come home right after my morning tutorial. At least working keeps me preoccupied with something other than school, and I'm thankful for that. Today marks the last day of Week 4, and yes, it's been a month since school started, how fast.If you think office politics is common, try school politics. Perhaps it's the competition, but a year 4's life in school is definitely different from that of the first 3 years. Somehow, people tend to be more selfish, less willing to share and more uptight about schoolwork. I just submitted an assignment today and it took Cecilia, Janice, Yixiu and I great pains to finish it.
Difficulty aside, it was actually pretty tough trying to find people to compare answers with, and this particular bitch (who was supposedly my friend's friend) didn't want to discuss her answers at all. In the end, we sought help from some unorthodox but legal means (my idea -_-), and managed to complete our assignment. As for the bitch, the last I seen of her was that she was stuck at some part of the question. Well, if you know my personality well, then you would know that I did not offer to help her. Serve her right.
I am so glad there isn't an assignment for this particular module next week. Thinking about all the shit I went through to complete one assignment just turns me super off. Yeah. Anyway, my To-Do List is already overwhelming. =( I definitely don't need more work.
