The long holiday break certainly hasn't done me gd. I am officially pronounced sick by Dr Xie -am still sustaining a dizzy spell, sore throat, fever and what not. It feels so weird to stay at home on a wkday, esply so since I should be away at work. sigh..

The symptons actually reared their head ytd morning, I had to cancel a night date with the NUS people...but I thought it was too late to cancel my aftnn date with the TMS girls by then. Furthermr, it was an advanced celebration for my 22nd birthday, so I guess the best way was to let them go ahead with their plans.



We had a simple lunch at this Chinese restaurant in CS, and they went for pool session after tt. A pity I couldn't join, I'm badly in need of some trg before my duel w/ my Mr Leong. Of course there was their oh-so-sweet present, some $60 voucher. I have a faint idea what to buy already...Thank you for the gift!=)

You know, to me, well-wishes sent on the birthday itself weigh as much if not mr than any present. Amidst all our busy schedules, remembering the exact date and thrafter taking the effort to sms/call/email/post a card really requires alot of effort. That being said, I still want to thank one very dear friend of mine, and that is you, Ms Goh Wanlin/prospective 吴老师， for always playing a major role in planning my birthday every year, be it organising the celebration itself or getting the present. Your ulterior motive is to gloat over my successful ageing right?! Anyway, your reward is to be pestered by me for as long as I live! =P

To the rest (and that is you - Christine, Connie, Jiahui, Mingen and Yongqi), thanks for taking time off and turning up, for the very thoughtful present, for proving time and again I can rely on you all. Ok I guess i btr stop. The fever must be burning my brain...resulting in such incoherent thoughts and writing as though I'm going to die the next minute. -_-

I have been online for most part of the day for nw...I'm so bored and I miss my french fry, avocado at Beach Road, sissy Sekar and tales at work. *pout* Being sick is so not fun. =(
